Senkusha, I'm on the other end of the scale at 24", which results in a tight fitting 7 5/8 or a slightly loose fitting 7 3/4 on my noggin.

One website describes this hat as "Hand Blocked in Texas by the Milano Hat Company ...."

Can someone tell me if hand blocked and hand made are synonymous in hat terminology?

I lost my entire hat collection, including my prized 22 yr old HJ, to Hurricane Charley in '04. Been wearing cheap straws ever since, but that will soon change when my new Penman's arrive.

Is it the same Deluxe behind the AB in Round One?

My brother has this same hat and it weathers Florida thunderstorms very well.
