erri, I think you should definitely send it back; in the second set of photos the sleeves definitely are too short, much shorter than mine and I reckon you're about right with adding an extra 2". I think the wrinkling has taken about 1/2" out of the length on mine after 2 weeks of wearing ...

Skippy's right. You can request your jacket without the leather facing, but then you can't exchange or get a refund on it. This is definitely still true; I got mine on Monday without any leather facing inside the zip, as per my request !
