What is your actual chest size ?

It's quite simple, actually. Just order one size smaller than they recommend. My advice would be a Large. Or possibly Medium (if you want a snug fit).

Don't buy the XL.

Picking up on my earlier thread, I wonder if anyone with a FS Lamb Expo 4OR can tell me the chest (across the front, armpit to armpit) and each shoulder measurement (from neck seam to top of sleeve) ?
