Operated on!

Well I was very, very nervous on the train to Chester my nearest city, but my wife was very supportive - "You been worrying about this for months now - you HAVE to get it sorted out!"
Slowly I walked through the streets towards the place - dreading what could go wrong. I almost turned round back towards the station a couple of times. When I got there it was obvious I was concerned about what could go wrong - but they told me not to worry - they were experts at this sort of thing.
I asked them when I could come back for the operation - hoping it might be next week - or next month - but they said no - "best if we do it now" .... I started to shake a little, eyeing up the exit. My wife hurriedly explained about my phobia of sharp instruments..
They said no-one would ever be able to tell what had been done. "They're experts, dear...."
I told them to do it.
I returned an hour later - my Wested Raider hand warmer pockets had been successfully stitched up. They'd had to open up the inner linings - but they'd put it back PERFECTLY! And the pocket stitching is so neat - just like the rest of the Wested stitching. So pleased with the job! Not scared of getting my pockets ripped now! 20 UK pounds well spent I think!
In fact it was a shop selling leather clothing (no styles I liked though) which also did professional alterations. They admired my Wested and tried to sell my 10 year old daughter a jacket - I told them she wants a motorbike first!!
Later I saw THE MOST BEAUTIFUL "toffy" coloured retro (1930's?) ladies biker jacket. Nickel zips set off beautifully against the artificially aged light brown leather. My wife and daughter both tried it on - but we "couldn't justify the expense...". Ooooooh! Hoooowwwwwll! Since spent ages looking for similar for a man on the web...
Regards and have a good weekend,
