That's pretty awesome! If I had arms that big, I'd get something like that too!

Hey, is it true that once you get a tattoo, they become addictive to keep getting?

Holy cow  !

That is true dedication to one's craft/art!

Did you draw the whips out yourself or did you have somebody else draw them?

I can't tell for sure, but some of the knot's look just a little funny, but of course I'm picky about inane stuff like that.

Well, they're still totally cool :D . Are you going to get a fedora put someplace else to go with the whips?

BTW, how did you get pipes like that? Is that from braiding? cracking whips? steroids? Tae Bo?

Also, I can't believe how out of hand that whole 'cracking your whip too loud" business got so out of hand.

Adam,

Well, the whip has been a part of my life since I was little, and I wanted another tattoo, so I figured that was the way to go. My other tattoo is a portrait of my daughter. I sent pictures of some of my whips to the woman who did my other tattoo along with a sketch of the design I wanted, which was the criss-cross pattern going down my arm. You're right, the knots aren't really 5 part 4 bight turkshead knots, but that didn't matter to me. I probably could have nit picked that part, but I just thought the overall design came out nice, so what the heck.

I won't be getting a fedora on there next, haha! :P

As far as the pipes go, I've been really into weight lifting for a few years. No steroids, honest! I couldn't afford them if I wanted to! Just hard lifting a few times a week.

I'll have to go check out the "Too Loud" thread, I haven't been reading much here lately.

It looks really nice. At first, I thought it was a sculpted image glued on your arm. The detail on the tat give it an almost 3D image.

So...who's going to be the first to get tattoos of ALL of Indy's gear somewhere on their bodies? :D

It probably has that 3-D look because that picture was taken the same day I got the tattoo, and it was still inflamed and raised up on my arm. If you've ever gotten a tattoo you know how it is for a day or so after...ouch!
