Webbing belts online source - UPDATED - BELTS ARE HERE!

Does anyone know of a good online source for Indy (brown) web belts?
I own and use a couple of LC style 'sand' coloured belts, but have never been able to source an authentic Raiders style belt anywhere.

In the UK, I have seen a return to fashion of these style belts, to the fact that Next stores
seem to be stocking them. But, some of them have a logo embossed into the webbing....
And they come in around 15 quid.
However, I was in a store called 'd2 Jeans' the other day and I saw some very Indy'esque
webbing belts, in what looked like the right colours. I was pushed for time so didn't
investigate further, but am intending to..... These stores do cheap Levi's etc, so might
be quite reasonable....

Edit: Just found the store here:
http://www.d2jeans.com/
Although it doesn't appear to like Mozilla....

Here are a couple of links. Let me know if you need more. There's a military surplus store here in town that sells them for $2. I haven't been for a while, but I'm sure he can still get them. If you don't find one online maybe we can work something out and I'll send you one.

Many a non-ship to Europe business these days.
Anyways, I had a web belt going to Sweden that never showed up so I'd love to get in on a deal if anyone will offer to get a couple of brown ones and send them to Europe.
Al and others: I'll watch this spot. Thanks!

I thought all you guys over there had gotten together and made a group order and were going to have someone over here ship them out to you. When SJ made the original post, I ordered a brown and a khaki one from Georgia Outfitters. They are great looking. I am always wearing the brown one and never have worn the khaki one. I keep telling myself that I will, but I am always doing the Raiders thing and choose brown.

Thanks for the response fellas, I appreciate it, but none of these stores seem to ship to the UK as Lars mentioned.
It would be useful to find an EU supplier, so I'll keep looking, but in the meantime would someone Stateside be prepared to bulk order a batch of brown belts (say, 10 belts) and ship them over to me - I only need 2, but the other 8 could go to anyone else who needs them in Europe for no extra cost other than shipping, of course.
If anyone would be prepared to help out, PM me and we can fix something up.

Okay, I'm a sucker. I'll volunteer for anything. I can get a bunch of the belts. But, I don't know anything about shipping overseas, so that would be a learning experience. I guess the first thing to do is to find out who all wants one and get a total. I could then find out how much the shipping charges would be and ship them out and you guys could pay me by paypal. We could just figure out the total cost and divide by the number of belts and that would be the cost per belt.
I could ship them all to one person over there to distribute to the rest and if everyone that wants belts were to be coming to the UK summit, you could distribute them there. Just a suggestion.
You may also want to consider if you want brass plated or solid brass buckles. For people that want them to distress and be partly brass and partly a silver color, I would suggest the brass plated. If you get solid brass, it will never be silver in color. It may tarnish, but a little brass cleaner and it would be shiny and new once again. I should know, I've shined enough brass in my day. (sorry, a work related joke)
If everyone wants brass plated, I suggest Georgia Outfitters. I think the cost of the belts was something like $2.39 per belt. I have a couple of these and I have not tried to distress them. I have worn the brown one a lot and it isn't even beginning to show wear. Must have patience when you naturally distress. This cost is for the belt and buckle, the whole belt is complete and already assembled. I think some places sell the buckle and the belt separately.
Another thing to consider is if you want brown or khaki. I think brown was used in Raiders and khaki was used in ToD or Last Crusade. I prefer Raiders and that matches my jacket so I always use the brown belt even tho I have both. Well, let me know. Now, look what I've gone and got myself into!

What was it PT Barnum used to say to that effect...?
Just kidding, thanks a million Buff!
Here are my thoughts:
Brown belts, brass plated from Georgia Outfitters...
x 10.
To keep things simple, I'll pay for the lot and airmail shipping to the UK up front by paypal to Bufflehead Jones - then either take them to the UK summit or forward them on to fellow gearheads before then, whatever people prefer. To keep thjings fair, I would only charge my postage costs to send the belts on, plus the original price of the belt and a small contribution towards the postage costs from the US, no more than a dollar or two each probably.
Does this sound cool to everyone?
If so, let's procede before Bufflehead changes his mind.

To the both of you!
Spot on for the brown plated one. (By the way, brown for Raiders and ToD, khaki for LC.)
I remember reading
...brass that looks silver with wear... about the buckle.
I'd like two of them as soon as possible, if possible for you Al. I'll pay you whatever the cost for you to ship them to Sweden through PayPal if that is OK once you have them.
I'm glad this is finally happening! Kudos to the both of you fine gentlemen.
Best regards,
Swindy

Hey Al,
It is $23.90 for the belts and $5.40 shipping to get them to me. All I need to know is how much it would be to ship them from me to you and you would know the final price. How do we find out how much to ship to you? And of course all these figures are in US dollars. Let me know if you want me to go ahead and order or do you want me to wait till we figure everything out. So far that is a total of $29.30 US.
Not bad so far. Each belt would cost $2.93 plus 1/10 of what it is going to cost to ship to UK.

by ob1al
Well if you are happy to do this I'd say go ahead and order 'em!
The best way probably to work it out is if you post the belts to me then tell me a total price including postage to the UK, at which point I could pay you immediately with Paypal.
Or if you prefer, I could paypal you first for the price of the belts plus postage to you, then make a second payment once we know how much postage to the UK is. Phew!
Either way is good for me - you have a PM!

Al,
I was thinking the same thing and as I thought about it, I figured it would probably be a lot easier, if I went ahead and ordered them. Then when I get them I can find out how much to ship to you and let you know the total price. That way we only have to make one payment. If that sounds like a plan, then I will go ahead and order and let you know when I get them.

I ordered them late last night. I expect them in sometime this week. They usually have pretty fast shipping.

I believe this is the way to do it, folks. I ordered web belts from American Army-Navy several months ago, no luck as of yet...
I sent them an email and someone over there confirmed that "they'd be happy to ship to Sweden" - I even called them and spoke to a lovely North Carolina lady who promides to take care of everything...
Then, weeks later, nothing. I called again and spoke to some guy who "would see to it". Right. No such luck.
Without gearheads, the world would be a sad and bitter place...

SJ,
Sorry to hear about the bad service. I have ordered from these people before and the belts came right away. So, I don't expect anything to cause a delay, unless with the size of this order they don't have enough in stock. They comunicate with their customers, so I should know if there is a problem. I already got an e-mail thanking me for my order. The biggest delay should be getting them from the US to the UK, but it shouldn't be all that bad.

Shipping time to the UK by airmail is usually around 5-10 days, often even quicker.
As soon as the belts arrive at this end, I'll forward them on to those of you who want me to do so, again by airmail. This should just take a couple of days to arrive at most European destinations.
The allocation so far is:
Ob1al 2 belts
Swindiana 2 belts
Redbeard 1 belt
That leaves 5 belts - any takers?

I told you that these guys are nice to deal with. On a Sunday no less, I just got an e-mail from them thanking me for my repeat business and to tell me that they have the brown belts for my order in stock. They said they would send them out priority mail first thing Monday morning and I should see them on Wednesday or Thursday. As soon as I get them, I will send them on their way across the pond.

Hey everyone, the belts are here - thanks to Bufflehead!
The cost to ship them to the UK was around $12 or so, therefore the cost of each belt works out at around $4.00 so far.
In order to send the belts out to those who want them, I propose a flat P&P rate of $2.50 regardless of whether someone is in the UK or EU - this should level out somewhere along the line I think. Therefore the prices are thus:
x1 belt $6.50 including P&P
x2 belts $10.50 including P&P
I hope this sounds fair to everyone - I'm not making any kind of profit here of course, just looking to recoup my costs.
The following folks have reserved belts:
Ob1al 2 belts
Swindiana 2 belts
Redbeard 1 belt (I'll bring yours to the UK summit for you mate)
Indiana Dudley 2 belts
Indiana Ken 1 belt
This leaves 2 belts up for grabs for any European gearhead interested. PM me.
If you are on the list above, please PM me your postal address and I'll send you my paypal details to send payment to.
Swindiana, you have a PM.
Regards
Alan

Haha I think the whole look for everything is going retro to that period. I was just walking in the mall here in Taiwan, and at Aquascutum (British company that is 2nd to Burberry) and their posters were all fantasy Casablanca B/W photos of a guy in a fedora and trenchcoat.
