There is a reserve. If the price goes more than 85 bucks, you're better off buying directly it from Todd Kennedy. He's the guy the Magnoli site links to. This looks like one of his.

I'm pretty sure that the one on Ebay is NOT Todd's Webley. I got mine on Ebay but it was Todd who was selling it. The name of this guy is different and the picture is different. It still looks to be a great replica though. But as Chamorro said if it goes beyond 85$ I would just buy one from Todd directly.
