I saw the same figure in Amsterdam years ago.
Recently I took a picture and even the hat is placed backwards.

It does look quite like Ford IMO, but they have him clean shaven which looks very un-Indy.
Perhaps they should hire an 'official advisor' from Indygear?

Looks to me like it's an older Ford, like from AF1 years or something and the haircut is ALL wrong for Indy.
I won't even start on the hat... front or back.
