Hello Everyone
I am posting this note because I am wondering whether you have been in similar situation that I am now.
I placed my purchase order for indy's bag at Noel Howard over one month ago. Since that time I have not received any confirmation from them. I have called them to find out what is the status of my order but each time I have heard that they have some problems with this item but they told me that my order will be processed within 3 business weeks. The problem is that I am still waiting and it seems it is all what I can do right now. Am I right?
I would be appreciated for your opinion regarding this matter.
Regards,
Krzysztof

Are you sure you ordered it through Noel Howard? Noel closed his shop last year, so I don't see how it could be.

Well, that would explain why he hasn't had a confirmation!

Thanks for your replies. I should be clearer in what I write. I meant MBA Costumes of course.

OK, that cleared it up...
Noel Howard and MBA Costumes were the same, and they went out of business last year...
Krzysztof, my friend, who did you speak to when you called them? If you used the MBA contact info, you probably reached Hand & Lock, Noel's successors. Don't know much about them... word is they only provided shirts and pants, for a horrible price. Check out the below thread:

Just wondering if MBA Costumes (used to known as Noel Howard) has been out of business since year 2003 why their catalogue for Indy's gear parts as well as their contact info still exists on the indygear's contact section.
Thank you!

KS: Because the info on the main site is very old and being updated.

The new company, Hand & Lock, has the same address and phone number MBA used to have.
