Thank God, now I can read again!
Geek? You better know it!
These came from FramesDirect.com, and they're the Berkshire Chase Panto. Big thanks to everyone who was in on the research in finding these great glasses!
They're very screen accurate, and fit great. I got these with transition leses, so they double as sunglasses as well as reading glasses. I love them, highly recommended!

Looks good. Once your ears get toughened up to the cables, you'll REALLY enjoy them. If you've never worn cable ear pieces before, prepare for some discomfort for a short period of time. It doesn't last long, but it will happen. I advising from YEARS of experience on this, and am currently wearing a pair of 1936 rimless gold wires with cables. Regards. Michaelson

Those look great! They look good on you Aaron. You look like someone, but I can't place it. Some Archeology teacher, or something.
Oh well, it'll come to me eventually.

Very suave Aaron.
The boss at TIE is beginning to look very intellectual!
Personally I reckon that he's just doing it so the girls can flash their LOVE YOU eyes at him...........

I dig them, Cooler. They look
very screen accurate to me. Alas, I cannot wear them. Round glasses throw my facial features all out of whack.
All of my reading glasses are oval.
However, and this goes for those who wear oval frames, Berkshire Chase can make custom frames (I saw it on their website). I am thinking my next pair will be a modified version of the Panto.
Peace and thanks for the pics,
Cliffhanger

I've noticed that as well, Michaelson, but it's not as bad as I was expecting, quite confortable.
Thanks for the comments guys! These are terrific glasses, and I'm especially grateful to the gearheads on COW who unearthed these frames, thanks a million!

Ah, those look great Aaron. Your facial expression reminds me a little of the redhead kid on American Idol.

Nice specs!
I have a pair of the original "discontinued" BOICs and a pair of Berks (my daily wear) and can confirm that side by side, they are 99.9% identical. The ONLY difference is the BOICs have a little itty bitty stamp of "BOIC" on the inside of the right arm, that's it. Wear them with pride my friend!

Yes. It's important to have the screen accurate BOIC stamp

He shoved all his stuff off onto the floor before the photo was taken.....just like the REST of us do.

There was actually a huge stone craving sitting there before I took the picture, that accounts for all the dust!
Good to know these really are as screen accurate as you can get, I couldn't be happier!
We need a glasses wearing smilie...

They look great.
I know it's not screen accurate but I think they would also look great as sunglasses.

BC's are great. You'll need a tiny screwdriver to keep the hinges tight. I wear a pair at the office all the time.
Cheers,

Chestnut is the color I have, and is the screen accurate color as far as I know. Very nice glasses indeed.
