Pecard Leather Cream

Does anyone have experience with https://pecard.com/products/classic-lea ... her-cream/ ?

When I hit my old horsehide jacket with Pecard recently, I was (of course) happy with the result, but I find the thick gel a bit of a chore to work with; especially to work with evenly on large surfaces. ie: It's one thing to get a bit on your finger and rub into an area of distressing you've just done. It's another to want to soak your whole jacket in it, like I was doing.

So I was thinking about creams; ideally something really soft (in my imagination, something with the consistency of Brylcreem?), and I was looking at the Pecard product above.

My question is, however, is that really a 'cream'? Is it like Brylcreem in terms of consistency? It still looks pretty thick in the image, although of course it's hard to tell from an image.

Or, are there other products (maybe non Pecard? gasp!) which might be worth pursuing? Something that can spread easily over large surfaces? Your thoughts? :whip:
