Oh gosh... what have I just uncovered...
Let's get these in the sun.
Very dusty, these belong in a museum.
Yep, these are Coyle's alright.
And here's the sole. I barely wore these, back in the day.
Soaked one in some Pecard. That looks alright.
And now both of them.
Thanks Pecard (which I also found the back of a cupboard, still good after 20 years)!

Boy were they thirsty (a few hours later).

Cool, they look nice and shiny after soaking up all the conditioner. Pecard's can really revive leather goods.
Cheers,
Bear

Yeah, although I don't need them to look pristine... in fact, I will likely beat the daylights out of them now... it's a lovely revival job!

They are made for being abused on adventures! But the conditioning will help them stand up to loads of of adventuring.
Cheers,
Bear

One thing I had forgotten about them over the past decade is how heavy they are.
They weigh a
ton. Like, a stupid, stupid amount for simple, ankle boots.

I guess they can really put a "KICK" in kicking nazis' behinds!
But they do make walking long distances tiring.
Cheers,
Bear

Well, here's an update on my Coyles boots...hadn't worn them for some time, just sitting in my closet. A neighbors dog stole my work boots off the porch so they are gone. I thought, well, if Indys boots served him well, they should be good for me to mow the lawn.
Before I even got to the mower, the heel of the left boot fell off! I may to glue it back on or take it to the cobbler. The heel is nailed on...

Oh no! What a strange thing to happen, especially with a nailed heel!
