A Last Crusade bag strap so perfect you'd swear it came from the archives!

Hello dear Club Obi Wan,
It's been quite awhile since I've posted here. I want to reconnect with y'all as COW was my online home for many impressionable years! So... kicking off my return I wanted to share this beautiful bag strap I received from Penitent Man Leather Works. He was having a Black Friday sale that I couldn't resist, and In less than a week after I placed my order, this beautiful strap was in my hands! Thanks for the speedy delivery, Kyle!
Since I was a kid I could tell the LC bagstrap was crackly and beat to ####, and I did everything in my power to replicate that look — even to the point of accidentally destroying a strap or two (a few of you on here might remember me sharing some of the failed attempts). I could never get it quite right, so you can imagine my glee when I finally had THE STRAP in my hands in all its crackly, distressed glory! And I say “THE STRAP” because it really feels like Kyle stole this from the archives and mailed it to me!!!
I own a lot of bag straps and love the work of the vendors I buy from, but nothing beats the texture of Kyle’s strap. Nothing.
And it’s not just the leather that impresses me, but the buckle itself. Not only is it perfect in shape and size but it also has been heavily distressed as well. These are the details I live for and this Penitent strap nails them!
Bravo, Kyle. You’ve made this Crusader very happy.
