Got my new ....meaning NOS(sorry...for younger people....that means....New Old Stock).....gas mask bag with leather Indy strap from What Price Glory......old one was swiped from me.....no worries.....This one is so much better than the one I got from them 20 years ago....if you got the few bucks....buy a new one....80 years old....look like they were made yesterday..And no...its not the repro.....someone packed them nice..... 
...but I do miss my Lee Kepler bag strap..And yes.....had the Noel Howard strap also. But......Lee was the best.....miss him....Cheers
