I wish they showed the judge reaction at the end. I’ll have to find a way to watch that bit.

Bummer that Simon "X'd" him early seemed like he came around at the end. Did he go on to the next round?

He made it to the next round. Simon hit the X because he thought it was slow between the acts.

Not to take away from his act, but knowing about close target work and the talent Adam has, it made me laugh how freaked out everyone was when he never got that close to her with the whips.

Yup, I was surprised he didn't show off his target skills. What he did was cool and flashy, but I think some of his other stuff is really impressive. :-k

I think cool and flashy are the name of the game in the first round. The technical aspects of targeting wouldn't get the audience on their feet cheering. I hope to see him do some of his two-handed speed work. That shows the technical skills, but is also flashy.

To the comment that Simon buzzed him because of the long transition between, I think Adam is used to his performances at ren faires where he is trying to fill a bit of time and wants to give credit/have the audience applaud his volunteer. That's too slow for television.
