I too got hold of these fine gloves (thanks to one of my fellow COW-members!). And I dont want to pour salt in some wounds on those who missed them, but just wanted to show how they look.
I´ve distressed them some (not enough, but give time) with rocks, snow and ashes(!).
But here they are :
The pic of me in gear is a "teaser" for a new upcomming JAN-adventure I am launching first part of mid April and will finish late May. I call it "Fire and Ice".
Best regards

Jan,
The gloves like great. Also, that's pretty nice and well-formed ice climb behind you there. Where is that? Obviously it's not, but it looks like some of our ice climbs here in New Hampshire on Frankenstein Cliff. When I see a well-formed climb like that it makes me want to break out my Black Prophet ice tools and foot fang crampons and go to town on it.
Are there a lot of ice climbs in Denmark?

No. We do have ice and snow from time to time, but most of our
winters are "green", cold but "green" - and we have a total lack of
rocks and mountains - only soft hills and green forrest
This ice climb is norwegian - the picture was taken on a holliday
this winter to Norway - and
they do have snow, ice and rocks!
Best regards

Here in Finland we have a place which has 20 ice climbs, highest ones are 250 feet tall.
