Yes, this is from almost ten years ago, but I just found this while surfing the net and thought it would be of some interest here.

Did we know about some guy getting a TOD hat for cheap, or did I miss a crucial detail?

Is that it in the photo? It looks in extraordinarily good shape.

Is this the same hat being sold at Propstore?

I don’t think so, the ribbon looks to be a different colour. The Propstore hat also looks a little more worn.

I have to say I can’t place that ToD hat to any scene, the ribbon just looks off.
