My "Truck Chase" jacket from Steele & Jones is completed and should be shipping momentarily - so excited!!

Below are the options that I went with, along with pictures Diego sent me of my completed jacket - can't say enough how much of a wonderful experience this was (also awaiting my "Streets of Cairo" Explorador '36 from them)! So much so, that I'm planning on doing another jacket order with them - just need to determine which one lol.

Leather: Chocolate Ribby Lambskin
Distressed jacket
Correct lining
Correct zipper, snaps and buckles

Cannot wait to get my jacket - unfortunately, who knows how long it will take to arrive due to the shipping restrictions set in place due to the pandemic.

I know... still waiting for mine to arrive. It’s very, very slow. I think the post is using Indy’s Peruvian donkey these days. It went into the saddle bags on May 8th, they pointed his nose north, and gave him a swat on the rear.

... I’m in the same “Christmas Eve” state of anticipation!

Stuck in Argentina with no hope of shipping out apparently (anytime soon) . Hopefully Diego can get it back and try a different mode of shipping...

Sorry to hear that. Diego just finished my Truck Chase jacket. I can share the photos of it, but it looks just like all the previous photos that have been posted on here — absolutely stunning!

After almost 4 months of agony, thanks to COVID affecting international shipping, my jacket has finally arrived. Totally speechless and overjoyed with this jacket - the fit is perfect! Steele & Jones...I thank you!! Great people - cannot express how grateful I am to them. All I need is the fedora and leather gear from them and my costume will be complete (well, almost, need to figure out what to use for the revolver)!

I decided to pay the extra freight and had mine shipped UPS International. Only took about a week.

Wish it would cool down enough to wear it!

Yeah, good call. Mine was shipped right before COVID affected shipping - so it was stuck in the post office for almost 4 months before flights resumed. Luckily my Streets of Cairo fedora and leather gear will be shipped FedEx, so won't take that long.

Hopefully it will cool down by Halloween - be cool to walk around as Indy

What do you think of the leather and distressing? I found it hard to capture what my eye was seeing in a photo. My Truck Chase looks so much better in person than what the photos were showing.

I think they did a fantastic job - photos definitely do not do it justice!
