Wested Lambstouch Cowhide

I forgot...will acetone lighten a Wested almost-black lambstouch cowhide, or not? Or is it rubbing alcohol?

Lambhiding !

" Did`nt like seeing a lone post up there all on its own"

Well my friend i`ve just finished making my own frankenstiens monster out of my own lambtouch and it came out fine. I know you`ll have all the same fears as myself but they will all be put to rest in the end, i used nail polish remover which contains acitone & removed the gloss off the hide. Just follow the fella`s here instructions and you won`t go far wrong. the thing is with your lamb touch is it is very dark so don`t overdo the rubbing down to begin with, use paper kitchen towels or toilet paper in small areas to take the residue off "BUT" be quick as the acitone will evaporate quickly. Use it on the inside of the jacket if you want to see what the results will be, you can seal it with a little leather feed after but very lightly.
Trail&error my friend!
Love is like a flame in our hearts, use yours to light anothers!
