New Christy’s Adventurer

Hi all!
I recently went on a study abroad trip to London with my university, where I got to do and see all sorts of interesting Theatre related stuff! One of the definite highlights, though, was getting to visit Herbert Johnson and Christy’s in person!

Now, as much as I wanted to purchase an HJ Poet, there was a pretty severe epidemic our group had with rigged ATM machines taking out huge chunks of money. I was petrified of dropping that much money and not being prepared for emergencies, so I had to put it on the back burner (big thanks to NoBadDates for being extremely helpful! Also, if I can figure out how to post pictures I took inside the store I will do so, it was definitely awesome getting to fulfill one of my childhood dreams!)

Once the majority of the trip was over, though, I still had a good amount left and I still wanted an Indy hat. So I went to Christy’s and ordered an Adventurer, which I figured would still look good next to my AB Rabbit Raiders, for a price that didn’t break the bank as much. I believe they were on sale, too, so even better! One week and a very complicated bash job later, here are the results! (Go easy on me now, I couldn’t find too many pictures to work with! I was going for a standard Last Crusade look - think motorcycle chase - and the tutorial Mr. Penman had posted on YouTube a while back seems to have been taken down)
