Mystery of the Blues Scarf Options Help

Post by Stefan Hills »

I have been looking for an accurate colored scarf from MOTB but the current camel colored offerings don’t look right to me.

I understand that this reference picture matches the camel color, Image

But throughout the episode, when you can see the scarf it looks more taupe to me.

Any leads for an affordable taupe colored scarf alternative?

Many thanks and best wishes,

Screencaps aren't always the most accurate reference photos due to lighting, saturation, and filters. You'll find the color match you're looking for if you search enough of them. The best part about that is that there can be more than one "screen accurate" option. :)

Kidding aside, I see what you mean. Magnoli's Wyoming Scarf is considered a solid choice. Beyond that, take your pick of any off-the-shelf tan/beige/taupe-colored scarf.

While we're on the subject of MOTB, any recommendations on that cardigan. I've read that some say it's brown, others that it's burgundy!

I don’t buy the burgundy argument. That one screengrab was shot using a warm filter. Compare the color of the cardigan to the color of the hat. It’s just a warm brown that is being enhanced by the camera.
