Budget Bullwhips

Hey guys, so I haven't received an answer from Classicbullwhips.com whether they're still in business, and their facebook page's last post was from a few years ago. I tried messaging there too but haven't gotten any sign of activity.
So what drew me to them was their pricing for a good quality budget whip, which was $250 for a high quality cowhide/kip indy whip. I've only heard good things about them from Dr. Nebraska on here, and they look excellent.
Does anyone know if any current vendors provide a good alternative for a well made, leather (kangaroo or cowhide), Indy whip that looks good, cracks well, but doesn't break the bank? Seriously, I'm trying to help my parents find out a good option (I'm currently a college student).
