Magnoli Budget vs. Deluxe Whip

I’m looking to make my first foray past cheap, Amazon whips and have decided on Magnoli. I am wondering the differences between the budget and deluxe versions, construction-wise, as the website was vague. Also, general opinions on the value of paying double for the deluxe would be appreciated.
