regarding pants measurements

I found a great pair of close enough pants for myself and now I am wondering some details compared to the "real" Indy pants.
I am mainly wondering the taper of the legs. Does anyone with size 38 pants (34w x 32l; German: size 48) can supplie me with their pants measurements? I need the leg width in 3 segments (upper leg, middle and hem) to compare it with mine as I might want to alter them a bit.
