Hi all,

Well, it's finally here(almost)! The drawing will be held tomorrow for the whip! Just to refresh your memories, the drawing is for an 8 foot, 12 plait Indy style bullwhip to kick off my jump into full time whipmaking. I'm a little behind schedule with the pictures. I had planned to have the whip finished yesterday and post pictures of it, but it will be done sometime tomorrow afternoon. I made this one in the "Raiders" style, with the diamond plaiting on the handle extended to the end of the handle foundation, giving the handle a longer look than usual.

I will draw the name at 3:00 p.m. EST on Feb. 16th, so you still have time to get your name in if you haven't done so already. Just send an email to njwhipmaker@ecwhips.com, and let me know somewhere in the subject line or the body of the email that you want to be entered into the contest. I will notify the winner by email, but I will not publicly announce the name unless I have permission from the winner. Good luck!
