With the NH Indy shirt is it as shiny as it looks in the picture?

What do you think of the Indiana Jones bag and strap?
And What do you think of the Raiders gunbelt with whip holder attached?
As you know Christmas is around the corner ( 9 months away) and I was just wondering what you think of these items. Thanks

I don't know if I am answering your questions about NH gear but I'll give you my thoughts.

NH offered 16+ gear items and, from my observations, he had the fewest complaints per item. Hat, Jacket and even Alden providers are constantly being asked to make their items more screen accurate.

I don't ever recall super detailed discussions regarding pleat width on the shirt, button positioning, collar shape, back pocket flap shape, etc... I have had good one-on-one discussions with many members comparing my custom shirt to Noel's. They only thing that comes to mind that took up a lot of screen time was the color of the fabric. And, how to correct it by dyeing. I can't remember the NH pant color being called into question like the HJs felt color. Nor the type of the leather of the strap, and on....

When Noel stepped down, it was the passing of a gear collecting era. A "Thank You" in advance needs to go to Peter for taking up the challenge of creating the gear and supplying a demand.

Noel's stuff is in a screen accuracy class of its own. Thanks, Noel.

Yes, thanks indeed. It's too bad the sun has set on the Noel Howard Era of Indy Gear. I really wish I could have nabbed just a few more pieces of gear from the MBA offerings before he retired. I guess my MBA Shirt and Raider's gunbelt (w/ whipholder) will have to do. Both are great pieces...the shirt has lightened to a more "Raiders" color with age and the gunbelt looks as if it had been plucked right off of Ford's waist during filming. If you're in the market for NH Indy stuff, you'll have to hope that another fan decides to part with thiers. And based on what Pyroxene said, that' doesn't seem too likely.

Yes, I was one of those lucky few. I was very very lucky to purchase 2 Noel Howard shirts a couple of weeks ago from Scott Mcculloch. One was a Raiders Shirt and the other a TOD. Oh, I count my lucky stars. Thanks again Scott!!! When you see them, buy them, do not pass go, do not collect $200... purchase them.
