No problem. Debenhams are a large UK-wide department store retailer and will deliver just about anywhere.

Those look like a very deliberate attempt to copy the 405 Trubalance Last. Not sure if a shoe company can patent a particular design, but Alden would have a reasonable case if they exhibited the boots side by side in court:
