Club Obi Wan

So supposedly a lighter "sable" brown ribbon was used on the LC and TOD hats according to sources at and close to HJ. However, I've looked over scores of screencaps from LC, especially the ones from the scene at the Venice pier where it's bright and sunny, and for the life of me I just can't tell whether it's lighter than the ribbon used on the Raiders hat(s). Can anybody shed some light on this or point me to a photo with definitive proof one way or the other?

I'm pretty sure I have enough confirmation to satisfy me that the ribbon used on the LC and TOD hats was/is a lighter brown as evidenced by these photos. The first two are of the same screen used LC fedora. The third is a screen worn Temple hat.

I’ve noticed personally from watching raiders and last crusade almost back to back, that the LC ribbon in the desert definitely is dark brown, darker than the felt but still brown. In Raiders, in most scenes the ribbon looks black. So just from my viewings I can tell it is darker in Raiders. Haven’t watched ToD in a while but I thought it looked like the same colors as LC.
