Do you guys know what shipping methods does HJ uses for shipping internationally? I place an order like two weeks ago But i had problems with my paypal account and i have A wedding this weekend and I would love to wear my hat.

I had problems with PayPal too when ordering my hat last February. My first couple of attempts to pay received the message "critical failure," but the third, using the same credit card, went through fine. I don't know what the problem was.

Another recent problem (on a different, unrelated order) was PayPal emailing me that they had requested the seller to send my order to another address which had no connection with me. Fortunately, it was only a glitch in their system and the seller did not receive such a request. PayPal is convenient, but you do have to watch them, because every now and then they can really mess up.

When my hat was ready, HJ shipped it to me overnight via FedEx, for free. As far as I know, they are still offering this service.

They sent mine by FedEx as well, and also sent me a tracking number. You might want to check with them to see if you can get a number.

Interesting: well, it can't hurt to ask, Alex. Mine was about five days from shipping confirmation to arrival. So if they told you it shipped, it should arrive in the next few days.

Thank you guys, I already asked them but since we are a couple of time zones away, it takes a while to receive a reply.

I was provided a tracking number and received mine here in the US the day after it was shipped. Customs can be a problem, though; they can damage the boxes, crush the hats out of shape, or cause lengthy delays. Not much you can do about that but keep your fingers crossed. Good luck with getting yours on time.

I don't think your question was directed at me, but no one else has replied, so in case it was-- my HJ reboot shipped last February.

Yeah, I was hoping to help Alex figure out when to expect his. I hope it arrives in time.

Mine was shipped on a Wednesday and arrived the following Tuesday. Ironically, it reached the next county over from me by Friday night, but took another 2-3 days to make it the final leg of the trip.

Mine came with a hole cut into one corner of the box and the hat manhandled out of shape, but it was very easy to set right and there was no damage at all. All's well that ends well, and I wish the same end result for Alex that we had.

Thank you guys for your help, you sr eswesome! Sadly I don't have any news about shipment hopefully I'll get it next week, I also place an order for a last crusade hat,sube this will be the best week my life.
