The hero raiders holster.
Ha. Just kidding. I think the color is pretty darn close though. Made this one with a very good piece of leather. I think this leather would make a nice gunbelt too.

Love the coloring... especially in that last photo. And I like the tie on your bag strap... cool touch to make it your own!

Thanks. The darkened area around the edges is from the slicking. Everything should even out over the life of the holster.

Yes a very nice color. I picked up some burnishing gum from Japan that works great. It's thick and stays in place.

Thanks Lantzn. I will check that out.
I cleaned it up a bit so as not to be so dark. Especially around flap. Thanks Indy.
And outside.
I am pretty happy with this one. As holt might say like in his Grail diary thread, this is THE holster.

Very nice work! I've been a making leather gear now for a while and just recently started doing holsters so I know how much work goes into one. Keep it up!

If you're looking for screen accuracy, this is a screen used holster from Raiders on the right. I've started making my belt loops in this fashion. You're color looks pretty dang close btw. [img][/img]

Yeah I saw your videos on youtube. The books look great. Better leave it at that before the mods step in and break it up.
