Is it possible to get the back of the jacket replaced, or would it be too difficult?

Thanks,

Kyle

I told you to stop playing on those Nazi tanks, Kyle! Now you went and ruined a perfectly good jacket!

You mean the backpanel? Yes I believe that is possible, However, be prepared to cash out cuz your paying the talior to nitpick all of those seams out and then to have him re-enter the previous stitch holes with new thread. It's quite the task.

Might be cheaper to buy a new jacket, barring sentimental value.

Never done it.
I guess it can be done. Have to ask to workshop.

But, what happened?

Wested replaced the back panel on my first Hero because it was too long for the lining and kind of bulged out at the bottom like an A2! I expected them to just do a cut and shut but it came back with the whole back replaced. There's a minute variation in the colour even though it's from the same batch of hide.
I think the main issue would be finding a good enough hide match from a different source for it to look good enough.
