I can't be more excited and satisfy about my wested LC jacket, I was ordered 42 for first time based on my chest size , but it runs small and tight in both chest and shoulder, also the leather is thin and light (I used to USW thick jackets). So I decided returned it and get 44, which cost me $75 to mail it back, but it all worth it, this time the jacket is thick and heavy (around 2kg), as you can see in the picture, it can almost stand by itself!

I'm from Cockeysville. Mike is down near DC if memory serves me correctly. A few more from the area pop in from time to time I think. Again welcome, and great jacket. I have a Wested Novapelle that I love.

Having never owned a pre distressed jacket before I've received several samples of it over the years. All of them had that smell.

Will fade away over time.

Never had that smell you're talking about when I bought mine back in 2011. It only had that very strong leather scent which faded away after a short period of time. Nevertheles, enjoy wearing this beauty. Looks great!

My Wested lamb had a heavy smell for a few months. It went away after I wore it the rain a few times. That was also from 2002 when I got mine.

Looks Great! I just got a Wested LC/CS in Horsehide. Will have to wait until next Winter to wear it......
