Show us your horsehide Indy jackets!
I don't have one . . . yet, but I would love to see your horsehide Indys! Thanks!

Beautiful Jens! Awesome stuff!
Re: Show us your horsehide Indy jackets!
Here's mine, not quite as great as Jens.
Brand new (seven and a half years ago!):
My latest picture of it I could find, in my unfinished Indy costume (from back in November time):
As you can see, it's practically bullet proof. I loved that jacket and wore it almost daily, weather permitting. It had been slept in, camped in, worn through rain storms and sunshine, and it still barely had a mark on it. These days, I've swapped it out for a shrunken lambskin Indy jacket, as it suits the milder weather a lot better, but I still wear it when the weather gets heavy.
The lining inside is falling apart and all torn, but there's only a few scratches on the leather, and at a glance, as you can see, it still looks pretty new.
That's the same bag strap too, but that actually shows wear!
