New Last Crusade jacket

So I picked up my new clearance Last crusade jacket today!
The leather is copper novapella with rusty red undertones. A very nice skin and the good part is, it's thin. I almost can't feel it on. Well, not more then my soft goatskin.
At first glance by the pictures I saw, I thought this jacket was very of in details. I quickly realized I was wrong when I unboxed it and handled the jacket by my self. I have now measured the bejizus out of it and most of it clears out. The jacket has a few detail and pattern mistakes. That is to be expected off course, so I don't mind that... but the worst part that eats me up is that it has facings! Me hate facings more then anything else that is wrong on any Indy jacket. But I can get used to it over time.
One very good thing though, The collar! This collar is THE most perfect LC collar I have seen wested produce since the film! Love it! It has the beefy lapels and the round sought after collar tips. (motorcycle jacket) very happy with this!!!! See bottom picture!
The pocket flaps were a good size for LC but I wanted them to be alittle beefier. So I soaked the entire jacket out and kept pulling on the flaps to the preffered size. Mainly on the corners. You can tell the jacket is still alittle damp. The flaps has a slight point to the scallop but I don''t mind...
The jacket has no hem stitch at the bottom!! that is very nice!!
Decent pocket placement as well! 2.25'' from bottom. It should be at 2.5'' ish. So, good!
Small box anchoring on the straps! Nice!
So, details are decent for Last crusade I must say. It's pretty reminiscent to the zepplin/brunwald/motorcycle jacket.
Fit wise, the jacket is alittle bigger then a standard size 44. It measures 25'' pit to pit whils't my Horsehide LC measures 23'' pit to pit. The shoulders are 1'' bigger as well. The sleeves are 26'' and my Horsehide has 25''. Backlength is 27'' and my horse has 25.5''.
Like I said above, the skin itself is very nice. It's the lighter copper NP but nice and warm brown and it is thin as well. I look forward to treat it once or twice with pecards. Should be a party!!
I am not going to distress this jacket. It picks up distressing fast enough by itself. Pluss I allready have one distressed LC jacket for cosplay. So I'm good!
All in all, I am happy with the jacket. My favorite is still my screen accurate ''Holt LC'' off course but this is nice all around LC jacket. It has good parts and some pretty bad parts... so I'll leave the review where it is now.... I try to foces on what's good and just enjoy it for what it is! A ''Last Crusade'' jacket. Thanks for the great deal Ash!
Of course lots of pictures will come! These will just have to do for now even though the jacket is still alittle damp. See, You can tell with the cross sections..... sorry, lol..ment by the dark pockets.
This jacket will absolutley be with me when I visit Castle Brunwald in September!
Pictured with my LC hat, tie, AB dark buttoned LC shirt and real WW2 officers pinks off course
EDIT
Now, Pecards! Will update this tread asap!
Come on guys! Get those fingers typing!
