Petition Wells Lamont for 1123s?

I did a quick search on the forum and didn't see this idea discussed, so I thought I'd bring it up: Has anyone thought about petitioning Wells Lamont to bring back the 1123 gloves? The IndyGear people have a lot of pull when they ban together, and I just thought it might be a worthwhile idea that if enough of us contact Wells Lamont asking them to bring back the 1123s then perhaps they might do something. Similar things have been done by people wanting a certain tv series put out on DVD and then contacting companies like Rhino, and sure enough, when they get enough people wanting it, they put it out. Just a thought.
By the way, a Walmart by me has tons of Wells Lamont gloves (including 1130s) but they are in the men's underwear section, while their MidWests are in the hardware section -- strange.

i think if you petitioned them for an old style glove that essentially looks the same they would shake their head and think you're strange. they produce millions of gloves for laborers that could care less what the number of their glove is. 99.9% of the people that buy these gloves use them for a reason and not for screen accuracy!!!

Because that's where all good gloves should be.
What kind of market research comes to the conclusion, "Leather Gloves sell best when they are near the men's underwear."

Reminds me of the joke about the guy with 5...er...well...you know. "His underwear fit like a glove."
Best,
