Oh Indy Jacket, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways...

Why the Indy jacket is so awesome:

1. It's worn by the greatest movie action hero of all time.

2. Classic, timeless styling. Looks great with khakis and jeans.

3. The best features of an A-2 jacket without the dag-nabbed wool knits.

4. Pockets! Five pockets on this bad boy, but three are hidden from view.

5. Freedom of movement. Relaxed shoulders, gussets, action pleat, open bottom hem, adjustable side straps make for a very comfy fit.

6. Leather choices. Lamb, goat, cow, horse, buffalo, and kangaroo. Every shade of brown. Even black if you must.

And my favorite-

7. No one will recognize what it really is. Geek out as a fanboy (or fangirl) while everyone thinks you're just wearing a great leather jacket.

How's that for a sales pitch? What did I miss?

Think you nailed it.

Nice looking jacket that the vast majority does not even associate with a movie.

3(a). Because it's not an A2, it doesn't look like just another "bomber" jacket.

8. It's uninsulated, which makes it versatile multi and between-season outerwear.

9. One can often source them affordable enough to own more than one.

One-of-a-kind.

Yeah, its got a good beat and you can dance to it!

All these years of wearing it, and no one has asked if it was an Indian Bones likeness.

Don't forget, it's a garment that can be worn and looks good even if you're… slightly more than your fighting weight. ;)
