Just like the subject reads, who makes the most screen accurate Crystal Skull Jacket. Since the original maker has passed away who is the next runner up? Thanks in advance.

U.S. Wings Collector's Edition Signature Series jacket uses leather from the same tannery as the Crystal Skull jackets, but the pattern has differences.

Wested's LC/CS in Novapelle looks pretty bang on to me.

Remind me who was credited with making the Crystal Skulls jacket.

True Peter and company did not make the jacket, but their current LC/CS in pre-distressed cow hide is pretty darned good! W>

I currently have a custom Wested LC/CS in Copper Novapelle and I think it's really close to what we see screen. I had an off the rack in pre-distressed hide. It was a nice jacket but if your going for a Crystal Skull look then I would recommend custom copper novapelle.

My last crusade custom is in copper Novapelle. If I get another jacket then I want to get it in a different leather type. My Hero is in shrunkin lamb.

I like the look of the the dark brown novapelle over the copper color, but I like darker browns in general.

Belstaff. Why is everyone too scared to mention Belstaff on this forum.

I don't mind mentioning Belsaff at all, but the question was, who makes the best now... And as far as I know, Belstaff doesn't offer the Indy jacket any more.

Fair enough but you can still find them, even new, TNOs come up now and then too, in good condition

You're right, Nowaks turn up now and again, but I haven't seen a Belstaff Indy in a couple years.
