With a jacket in this price range, it is very important that you get the right fit the first time, so have someone take your measurements with a tape. Put on a dress shirt or a suit coat that fits right and take measurements.

The main ones are: around the chest, sleeve length to the first knuckle of the thumb, back length from the bottom of the collar stand to an inch or two below the belt, shoulder seam from the bottom of the collar to the shoulder seam, yoke seam.

Leave nothing to chance, report actual measurements and you will not regret it.

If you're looking to order from them, send an email. They'll walk you through the process to get the best measurements for you.

Stunts advice is a good starting point, but remember for the arm length measurement, the "thumb knuckle" piece is for an Indy style jacket, not others. Make sure to take that into account if you are measuring a jacket you own.

Once you place your order, you'll get emails to work out other size elements. They have standard measurements for the aspects Tex mentioned above. You can make some adjustments with them at that point. :TOH:

They get a lot of email and sometimes can't get back to every inquiry right away, but they get right back once the order goes in.

Best thing is to give your exact measurements. Are you getting one pre-made? Or OTR?

I'd say go for your regular size. The 40R (the HF size) in my mind fits like a 42, but that's the Raiders' fit. I'm learning not to mess around too much with the specs, either, especially with these guys.
