Fords jacket specs

Just wanted to know if anyone can tell me what are the specs of Harrison Fords jacket?
I understand there were many different jackets used in the making of the 3 films.
Size-wise, I have read that the original raiders jacket was a size 40, but by the time of LC is was up to a 42.
Perhaps someone can confirm this?
40" always struck me as a little on the small side for someone of Harrison Ford's height!
