problem with Bill Kelso website

Evening everyone

Just browsing the bill Kelso website as his relic hunter jacket looks fantastic and I found it very frustrating. His sizing chart just states the basic sizing but no info on what the other dimensions are such as jacket length, sleeve etc..

I'd like to order one but as I have read emails tend to get lost, how can I ensure my measurements are received and met.

Am I missing something?

Any responses would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Drifter

I always suggest contacting the maker/company and have them address your concerns. After all they are going to be the ones making the jacket????

They've never lost a single email of mine. I've always been very impressed with their exceptional customer service. Send them an email... you'll be fine. Typically they dive into the sizing after payment is received and they're very prompt. Best wishes. You'll love their work.

I would say - for the price you pay for a Kelso jacket, every email better come back smelling like roses with coupons added on.

I'm not saying the jackets aren't worth it. They look amazing and beautiful and well researched. But that being said, if they're charging that I would expect al lmy emails to be answered post haste.

Well, I didn't detect a smell, but they were very nice. As for coupons, 10% off through the end of the month is appreciated.

Just saying if you're inclined and have the means, now is a good time. :TOH:

IMO, You have remember there is a big difference how people did business twenty-five years ago and the way people do it now. Things have not gotten better.
