Of course I want to see the jacket. But what I would really like to see is the leather. I want to see the back (flesh) side of the leather, specifically the color. Then I want to see areas of artificial distress in light, medium and heavy. Take some sandpaper to the finish and let me see how it looks and what color it turns.
Just a thought. For me, every jacket is a crapshoot.
What I would like to see from jacket makers

You can always ask for samples.
I have samples of different skins from GB, Wested, Flight Jackets, Kelso.
All are very accommodating.
It's nice to compare, and see how they age with some help.
Speaking of leathers, Flight Jackets just put a new collar on my Gibson and Barnes. I'll post pics soon.
