Red Wing boots Chestnut 9013 similar to Indiana Jones Aldens

Here is the Red Wing Beckman 9013 in Chestnut. It has Vibram style rubber soles. It is unlined. My first impression is that they are not as comfortable straight out of the box and will require some break in unlike Alden which I remember I began wearing comfortably right away. They are not an inexpensive alternative to Alden but instead present a nice option if you are in the market for a similar style boot with a lug sole as opposed to flat and something that doesn't have the moc toe style stitching.
Before I found the 9013 Chestnut, I purchased the 9016 Cigar. I ended up returning them because they looked more burgundy or cherry colored than brown like their website shows. This picture actually doesn't look that bad but in a lot of lighting situations, they looked extremely red colored to me.
