So i can find blocks .. thats the easy part .. where is everyone getting their felts and the right band color? someone be nice and point me in the right direction please

Most American hatters openly say they get their felt from a company in Winchester, TN.
However, I do not know the name of the company, nor the contact info at all. :/

There have been mixed messages about if individuals can buy felt bodies of if Winchester only deals in bulk orders.

If by "right band color" you mean the hat ribbon, that's a whole different animal. Adventurebilt and Penman Hats have the best out there, but it's not available for sale. David Garrison (local land surveyor here) has very good ribbon that's close. A while back he offered to sell the ribbon, but I don't know if he is still offering that option.

The other parts (sweatbands and liners) are available through a variety of vendors online.
