I have a couple of Adventurebilt fedoras in my collection that I've picked up from various individuals in the past and have always been curious to know if I have, by chance, a hat made with the same run of felt that was used in KotCS; however, there's no way of really determining this other than by a connection between the date on the hat and a set bracket of dates that Steve made his hats with the run of felt.
So I'm interested and hoping to find out if anyone can tell me if they know a bracket of dates that Steve used up the batch of felt that he used to make the production hats for CS. Example would be - June 8, 2007 to September 10, 2009.
Very interested to know as I don't want to give up a hat to the classifieds and sell it only to find out that I have a production felt fedora (which I want to keep).
