Wested Goat Passes the Spill Test

Post by RIKRAK »

Today seemed like much to nice a day to be cursed. Yesterday I got drafted and stuck at the hospital till well after midnight, it's my job. Today however, the sun was out and the temp was almost 70 (I'm off work) grab my TOD jacket, jump on the scooter and off to the range. It's packed with hunters gearing up for the kill, have to wait an hour to get a slot. I don't shoot little animals but I was trying to sight in a "red-dot" on a handgun. Shot one and the slide struck my support hand and I had a major laceration, things improved after I stopped the bleeding. Now I'm about home, swing the scoot to grab the mail and as I plow through a pile of leaves the handle bars slam left and I'm down  . Now the bikes fine but my jacket? I can't say how but there was not even a mark or scratch. I can't really explain it, I had a minor abrasion on my elbow (under the jacket) from the spill but the jacket was unmarked. Tough Goat, I'm impressed. :D :D :D

So that's how Indy remains unscathed through most of his encounters.

His jacket is from Krypton!!!
I know Peter makes some awesome jackets,...but Kryptonian leather. :D

All kidding aside, glad your OK, and glad you didn't tear your leather.
