Did anyone happen to see the duct tape fedora that Adam made himself on the Duct Tape Island episode of Mythbusters?

Yep. Pure rip-off copy of the one Indiana Texas Girl made for the very first QM summit back in 2002.

Yeah, I was really impressed with how it came out...I mean, it actually looked like a fedora! Much more so than it would if I attempted it, I'm sure.
