Whip Protection - JT Paintball Mask

Hey All,
I have found that the JT nVader Paintball mask I have is great for eye/ear/face protection when learning my cracks. Great visibility and great protection, bearing in mind that they must stop a paintball moving at 450 fps from point blank range.
A thought to share,
Ken

Great idea.
But how does it look with the rest of your Gear? Perhaps you should paint a "scar" across the chin...

Or maybe you can paint the whole thing brown so it won't clash with your Fedora.

I was thinking of getting a NASA space helmet myself. I'd love to see a pic of this paintball helmet. Maybe it'd be easier to fit a fedora over one of these. Any pics? What's the price?

I wonder what whipcracking is like on the moon...
Well, at least no cracking noice one would think.

Here ya go, folks. Keep in mind there are many different styles. ITG, I would say nix to the fedora with MOST paintball masks (I play rather regularily, so I have worn masks many-a-time). You might be able to wear them but ball caps are not the most comfortable so I doubt a fedora would.

An Airsoft mask might work with a fedora. I know they're designed to work with a military/replica helmet, so they are a bit more streamlined than a paintball mask. Not sure where you can get them though.

P.S. the visors are removeable on most PB masks, but for beginning the insurance over my eyes and ears is great for now.

Did Harrison get a collagen lip job? Looks like he perhaps has a duct tape fedora. Oh Harry, you're slippin' in your style.
P.S. Farnham54 & skywlkrinc, y'all know I was kidding about wearing a fedora with a Paintball helmet, right?

I knew that. However, you probably could wear a fedora with an airsoft mask. They are a lot less bulky than paintball masks.

Isn't safety the issue, not how you look?
I would have to agree that paintball goggles are a good choice. For me, a full suit of armour may be wise
