Great Escape jacket?

Who made this? I was watching The Great Escape on disk last night, and noticed how good Steve McQueen's jacket looked. What type is it? I'm guessing A-2 type, but that's all. Anyone know?

It's an A-2. I think it's a Star Sportswear A-2. Eastman Leather makes a Star reproduction, but I can't comment on it as I haven't seen one in person.

In addition to Eastman leather, Real McCoy's New Zealand also sells a repro. of the Steve McQueen / Great Escape A-2. Here's a link with pics.

I do not have this particular jacket, but I do own other Real McCOy's A-2 jackets and they are top-notch.
