Goat Orders

So how many of us are actually waiting for our goatskin westeds? I've been waiting since early September. Hopefully another 2 weeks and i can finally be happy. But who else is in my boat?

I'm still waiting. And it's not 2 weeks. Two weeks is when they'll get the leather. They still got to make the jacket. They gave me an estimate of 10 extra days on top of the two weeks. Hopefully I get it before I see snow on the ground.

i was under the impression that the 2 weeks for the new skins would be wrapping up this weekend. so 10 days after that would be a little over 2 weeks from now. either way, i'm sick of waiting.

You guys, I thought Wested discontinued the goat, due to trouble getting high quality hides? Or was I just imagining this?

It's not discontinued. But according to previous posts, they are thinking of discontinuing it. So for the time being, those who've ordered are waiting and those who want to order have been suggested to wait until the new batch of leather comes in before placing a goat order.
