BookBook for iPhone.

Post by indy81 »

I was searching one day for a Indiana Jones iPhone case and found this one to fit perfectly what I was looking for! http://twelvesouth.com/ I just ordered it last week and had it on my doorstep yesterday. That was speedy delivery and it was just the standard FREE ground shipping. Absolutely love it, from the wonderful leathery aroma to the fact that I can carry my wallet and phone in one case is great...plus it looks awesome. :)

Has anyone else got one of these yet? Surprised that I didn't find any threads about the case. There was one for the iPad/Mac...which that looks really neat too.

Regards,

Nice I love it! With iPhone 5 coming out in just a few weeks (maybe) I wonder if this BookBook will fit?

I'm not sure whether the iPhone 5 will fit or not. I hope they don't change the design all that much, I really like the shape of the 4.

I wonder if Magnoli could make something like this, but have a "DiaryDiary" instead...

I would definitely buy one!

I've been using this case for a week now and it has been great! :D One thing I did notice and at first was a little worried was that it looked like my iPhone had some discoloration on the screen where the leather opening for the driver's license meets the screen. I thought that somehow the pressure of the case was causing my display to become discolored (I never sit down with this thing still in my pocket so there shouldn't be much pressure)....but I think I know now why it appears this way. I believe the actual leather stain/color has worn off onto my screen protector in this area. I could take the protector off and it would do away with this issue, but it really doesn't bother me too bad. Just glad my screen isn't all jacked up.

Anyone else have this case and experience a similar issue?

I just got one myself. I LOVE it! I'm still getting used to making [private] phone calls with it - I'm usually use the speaker function on my iPhone but there are those times when using a speaker is not appropriate. Anyone know where I can find a black elastic band for it to emulate the diary look? Plus, it'll help it keep it closed.

Any fabric store. Or, use hair elastic bands at the drug store.

Last night my wife and I went to watch a HS volleyball game and there was a guy at the score table that had one. I was surprised! :D Told him nice BookBook and showed him mine. Pretty funny to see someone else in such a small town have a case like yours.
